Personal Assistant Job Posting for All Social Clubs & NGWC Studios
About the Role
I’m looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to help me run my brands — Naples Girls Walk Club, Flirt Club, Coffee Club, and NGWC Studios.
This is not your typical desk job. You’ll be helping with events, coordinating vendors and sponsors, keeping me organized, and making sure I don’t miss a thing.
Think of it as being me… but in another body.

Position Details

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Location: Remote most of the time, but you must be available for in-person events in Naples.

Weekly Meetings: 1x weekly meeting with me to go over upcoming priorities.

Growth Opportunity: If you’re strong with social media, there’s potential to grow into a Social Media & Marketing Manager role with my agency.
Responsibilities

Organize my calendar, tasks, and reminders.

Contact sponsors, partners, and vendors.

Manage payments and vendor confirmations.

Assist with monthly pop-up markets.

Be present at Flirt Club events (usually 2x per month, Saturday or Sunday evenings).

Support Coffee Club events (every third Saturday of the month | setup + first 2-3 hours of the event).

Occasionally help with Walk Club events when needed.

Find and confirm vendors, instructors (Pilates, yoga, etc.), venues, and sponsors.

Help events run smoothly (check-ins, passing flirt cards, assisting vendors).
Requirements

Age: 23+ (sorry, not looking for Gen Z still figuring life out - need someone reliable).

Outgoing, positive, and energetic.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable with health, wellness, and social media culture.

Not afraid of hard work, busy weekends, or event chaos.

Must live in the Naples area.
